Maggie Simpson, as she appears from Holidays of Future Passed. I mixed up the design and the pose based on a few different scenes, from the photo montage.
Personally, as it is such a well received episode, I like to think of it as canon. As it could have been the series finale, this gives more reason to, considering it would be the last glimpse into what the future will be like for our favourite family. ;p
