Personally, I think dancing is one of the best things to show how dynamic the characters can be. And I am trying to vary the poses I use from drawing to drawing.
Of course, Marge and Homer would be the best choice for a Simpsons picture. Having just looked through my gallery again, I noticed I tend to draw them a lot more than most other characters. A bit odd 'cause it doesn't really seem that way.

This is definitely one of your best works I think. I am totally amazed of this great poses. You're right, dancing is the best way. But very hard to draw I think. You managed it better than good. This is Amazing! The way of Homer holds Marge is just right. I just love such Dancing-Pictures. So you made me totally love this artwork. Btw. Marge's dress is very pretty. And you're an talent into draw them from the side (: So I really really love that picture. I think i'll draw a dancing-scene too. This great picture inspered me. Keep up that great work.

It was about time I had a go at a dancing picture. Especially as it's something that isn't portrayed in fan-art a lot. The great thing is I could draw them like this again but there's such a varying amount of poses I could use. It can be tricky deciding how to go about drawing it though.
The side on view of their faces was something new too. Probably harder than the usual 3/4 view we're used to but it seems to have worked well here.

Glad to see this was of some inspiration.
